“my hoover cruise cordless vacuum was working fine. plugged it into the charger and it makes a buzzing noise when charging. please help”

Hi Callchuck, Hm that doesn't sound right. Could you let us know if you are hearing the buzzing noise from the battery itself or the charger? This will help us locate what is going on. You can message us on Facebook, if that is easier, at Hoover Vacuums North America. Thanks! Jenna
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Never really have had that happen, however it sounds like it might be related to the charging mechanism. Also check and make sure your battery is inserted in to the handle properly. If that does not work, my suggestion at that point is contact Hoover.
