Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There may be a clog somewhere or there could be a bad connection with the vacuum head and the wand. Try disconnecting it and plug it back in with the battery off of the unit. Check inside the vacuum head and the wand to see if there is an obstruction somewhere. Hope this helps. Good luck.
