“Got this today. Fully charged the battery. After just few minutes of running on carpet the bottom white light turned off and the suction was not that much. The supplied manual is pretty much useless for troubleshooting. What could be wrong?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There may be a clog somewhere or there could be a bad connection with the vacuum head and the wand. Try disconnecting it and plug it back in with the battery off of the unit. Check inside the vacuum head and the wand to see if there is an obstruction somewhere. Hope this helps. Good luck.
