• The vacuum has two filters in it. A large one in the canister and smaller one underneath the canister.

• You can access the warranty on Hoover.com if you would like to read it. It is a 2 year limited warranty covered by Hoover. To find it, go to Hoover.com and search for your vacuum, then scroll down on the page to the "Specifications" section. There will be a pdf version of the manual and the warranty can be found there.
