Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah it is a bad design. The solution tank does not "click" into place, and the valve pushes the tank back up. My solution is to only fill 1/3 of the solution tank, that minimizes the leakage Glad I only borrowed it--I'll know to purchase a different unit!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven’t had any problems with mine. Make sure there are no brakes or pinches on the seals of the tanks spout nor the entry port of the device. Put the tank back on leveled and apply firm pressure. If that didn’t work you may have a defective tank and I would say replace or modify with your own rubber gasket
