“My dry only button is not working and it is not sucking up water”

• It sucks up in wash mode and dries going back fine but my dry only mode does not work or light up?

• if The bottom portion has been taken off and cleaned well, it should have good suction (and you can see water and soap flowing through unit if well cleaned). May be defective.
