I purchased the smart wash yesterday and tried to use it but the LED wash light did not come on. The dry LED light came on. I was disappointed because I've had a hard time finding one in stock in the store and didn't want to wait a couple days online! null

There is a "Dry Only" button on the top of your SmartWash+. Press that and see if the issue is resolved. If not, please reach out to us at Hoover.com. Thanks, Joseph - The Hoover Team
