Mine dripped onto the floor and bubbled our laminate. I see now that someone from hoover responded by saying you're supposed to run it a minute after using. I wish I'd have known that, I didn't read that in the manual and I've never had to do that with a carpet cleaner in past. Now my floor looks terrible!

This will allow the water you were just sucking up to finish traveling to your dirty water tank and properly store in there - in turn reducing any leaking! To avoid damage to wood and laminate flooring and to avoid potential slip hazard, after use do not leave the product on wood or laminate surfaces and move to a hard surface and place the unit on an absorbent material (such as a towel) to soak up drips. Thank you! Matt - Hoover Team
