There is a "Dry Only" button on top next to the handle pole. Press it and see if your SmartWash+ begins to wash again. The button is there to assist drying after cleaning and will not wash when engaged. If your SmartWash+ continues to have issues, please contact us at https://www.hoover.com/contactus/. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you accidentally press the "Dry" button? This will place the machine into a dry only mode that will not wash and put water and solution out. I have set it to Dry only to pick up extra water on stains that I have gone over a few times and forgot to turn Dry Only back off.
