• By you, yes, but only if you have super human strength! It weighs a ton. I almost died.

• Hey Jd, Thank you for your question! The WindTunnel 2 is not self propelled. Due to regulations, the maximum allowable amps that can be plugged into a household outlet is 12 amps, and the WindTunnel devotes this power to suction and performance instead of diverting any power to propel the vacuum.
