“My filter is still green and I have cleaned the hose, the spinner under the vacuum, and emptied the bucket! The vacuum is still not picking up, but rather leaving dust behind on the carpet. I’ve had the vacuum for a year and rarely use it. Frustrating!!!!”

• My hoover vacuum cleaner i have had 10 months but the hose get plugged up at least once a month and it hard to get it out. I am very frustrated also.

• Try turning the valve on the hose side of the machine it may be in the wrong position
