Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry my friend but that is what a vacuum is supposed to do. Adjust the height as directed and afterwards look at all the bad stuff in the container. This vacuum works!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you turned off the multifloor brushroll? This could be making it difficult to push. Just step on the gray pedal on the left hand side to turn it off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.get your carpet clean first and then try to use the vacuum cleaner. It does not matter what vacuum cleaner you may own, if the carpet is dirty, is worthless to vacuum.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.New carpet has a higher number of attached fibers, making it more difficult for air to pass from within the carpet into the vacuum itself. These fibers will wear over time which will allow a free air flow into the machine. Although difficult at the moment, you can take some comfort in knowing that the problem is only due to the Hoover's deep-cleaning nature.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.try adjusting the brush setting on the base of the vacuum. when i first set up this vacuum i did not do this and had the same issue. after tampering with the switch i had zero problems. also make sure the hose is connected on the back of the vacuum.
