• Hi Jocala! The WindTunnel 3 is equipped with a brush roll on/off pedal located on the left hand side of the base (when standing behind the vacuum). Release the handle, then step on the pedal to disengage the brush roll. Hope this helps! -Giselle, Hoover Customer Care
