Is the DLC region specific? The code on the spine of my cover reads 3002712. I can't identify what region this is for. I wan't to make sure I can use the DLC before I open the game. null

I believe it the dlc is NOT region specific being the PS4 is region free. However, I can't say I'm 100% sure.

The DLC is for U.S. PSN users only. You will have to have or create a U.S. PSN account to access and download from the U.S. PSN store. If you don't live in the U.S. it's fairly easy to make U.S. account and download from the store. Then all users on your PS4 should have access to the DLC.

While typically DLC is region locked, the DLC for Complete Edition is baked into the actual game, so you should be good!

The DLC for the complete edition gives you extra gear and armor unlocks and also opens up the FROZEN WILD region on the game.. once you start the game and are on the menu screen it will display the extras in the top right corner and also the bottum of the menu

To my knowledge, the DLC unlocks via the disc. Most PS4 games are region-free.
