Is it waterproof null

It is water resistant not waterproof which means a quick splash or light rain should be fine, but I dont recommend operating during downpours, and submerging the unit completely may damage some components.

I called service once I bought Alpha 1 and they told Me I can use it at any weather. Are they been laying to Me?

It is not, I have been careful to not do this: You can and should waterproof the bottom if you are in a wet area.
