Charging the unit: There is a small rubber cap under the standing platform that when removed reveals the charging port. plug the charger in the wall there should be a green indicator light that lets you know it is ready to begin charging (if there is a red light or no light your charger is likely damaged). Now connect the charger to the scooter the green light should turn red this indicates the charger is charging the battery, wait until the charger light turns green to indicate a full charge has completed (up to 6 hours). Remove the charger from the scooter. Your scooter should now be fully charged, if it is not you may have a defective scooter and should exchange it for another one.
