The warranty is only 3 months. It is not 3 years as indicated in the Best Buy Specifications. I emailed Hover-1 for clarification and they told me the warranty is only 3 months. Best Buy needs to fix this in their database as it is likely preventing the Geek Squad protection plan option.

Please try again later.Funny you should ask didn’t even have it two mouths and it broke , Best Buy doesn’t want to do anything and the manufacturer is playing text tag , so far I have had no results and it’s not looking good I am cutting up my Best Buy card and buying another scooter. Trying to be more careful this time that was a lot of money to throw away

Please try again later.The Scooter Manufacture Hover-1 states the Scooter has a Limited 90-Day Warranty, which covers Battery, Motherboards, Lights, Bluetooth Module, and charger if issue is caused by Manufacture Defect. Accidental/Mistreated equipment is NOT covered. You can buy the Total Tech extended warranty through Geek Squad, which appears by the information listed on Best Buy’s site that they cover all accidental/Manufacture Issues. 3-Year Warranty stated under Product is False. Just because it says it when you bought it means you’ll most likely have no luck trying to force The Manufacture to fix it. I know this might not be what you want to hear or see, but it’s the truth.
