• You just need to Make sure it is inserted all the way and fill a bit tight so it won’t be a problem when that extra air comes out if any.

• You really can't. Buy a cheap air compressor as you will need it. I found a cheap used one that allows me to hook up a cheap air inflater with gauge. Also I do not know where you will be able to buy tires or tubes. Read my review for more information.
