Hover makes terrible products, I purchased a hoverboard a couple years ago and it lasted for about 6 weeks. Then I bought this same scooter in December 2019. It didnt' get much use over the winter, but we kept it safe in the house (protect battery). It stopped working a couple times in June 2020, but after letting it sit a day or two it worked again. I bought a second unit in late July 2020 and this one did error code E8 within 2 weeks. I didn't have time to contact best buy till around the 3 week mark and there warranty is only 15 days on a $400 item. Not impressed with Hover-1 and will not have my company buy any more computers from best buy.
