How do you remove this line to change tire? null

Its a little hastle but with care and patience you will be able to do it, you need phillips tool and allen tools, , remove side plastic film covering phillips screws and start working on allen, once loose remove tired backward, and do like any other tired removal from rim

You will need to screw it off the fork. then the tire will be able to go around the cable.
