• Yes, it just says to be rated to 220 lb rider.

• The seat box said 175 pound limit but our hoverboard has a 125 limit. It would probably fit someone 5’6” comfortably. Anyone taller could use it but with bent knees. My 100 pound 5’ Tall 13 year old loves it.
