“My daugther hoverboard only lights up green on one side when you turn on and are not using it. When she is on it both lights turn on green. She Calibrated its every time i uses it.She also has it charged full battery. Does it mean there an issue with it?”

• I bought my daughter one for Christmas and it was faulty... Replaced it three times for a total of four... Everyone was garbage and had to be returned!!!

• The green light when you turn it on means that the battery is fully charged. The other light that turns green when you step on it indicates the system is in run mode. That is normal with ours. When the system light turns red, then you have an error
