Hi Cee Cee. The Chromebook does not run the Windows version of the software. You can, however, download and run a version designed for Android from the Google Play store. Chromebooks are not expandable, the memory and storage are embedded on the system board (soldered in). You can use a flash drive or miniSD card to expand your storage. Also your Google account gives you 15GB of online storage.
