A Chromebook is different than a Windows laptop. You can only download apps on a Chromebook like you would on a tablet. And use the Chrome browser. A Windows laptop with Windows 10 Home allows you to download software and use any browser like Chrome or FireFox. These laptops also have more storage and more RAM than a Chromebook.
