• There is a version of Photoshop that will run on this Chromebook. However, with the particular processor, amount of RAM, and amount of storage, It will be very slow if you're doing complex work in Photoshop.

• No. It will not run Windows applications since the laptop itself uses Chrome OS. Even if it ran Windows, the A4 processor would hold it back from performing well with Photoshop.
