• The only way to put Office on a chromebook is with Office 365. You don't have to export, you would just open 365 on your PC, type what you want and then open it with your chromebook. This computer only works with online programs. It will only run apps internally.

• You can save your Excel files to Google Drive and open them in Google Sheets. You can put your photos on a flash drive or in Google Drive, Dropbox, Google photos, etc. Chromebooks are very different from Windows computers. Be sure you understand the differences first.
