“I sent my Chromebook back to HP with a problem with the right hinge. There is a slight bulge on the bottom of the screen. They told me it's not covered because it's considered user damage. That's total crap. I never damaged it.”

I have purchased many laptop's and have never had a problem. Keep trying to contact a HP supv.that might be very helpful.I wish you the best.
