• Thank you for reaching out. The HP 14-dq0002dx laptop includes a 30-day subscription to Microsoft 365, which includes Microsoft Word. At the end of the trial, you'll have the option to purchase a subscription at a reasonable cost. If you already have an account that includes Microsoft 365, you'll be able to sign in and use it with this laptop. Note that storage onboard storage is 64GB, but you can use an SD card or external drive connected via the USB port to enhance storage if you need it.
