• Mine came with Microsoft 365. I don’t know about zoom.

Zoom does not support Windows 11 in S Mode (the operating system on this laptop), however, you can convert the system to Windows 11 Home (free, simple, and not reversible). Yes, you can run PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 apps. Note that the storage is minimal, however, you can enhance it by using an SD card or by connecting a flash drive.
