We recommend trying to use the troubleshooter on the laptop. The easiest way to start the troubleshooter tool is to right click on the network icon on the taskbar (usually located near the date and time). Once you open the menu, select "Troubleshoot problems " (Step 3 on the webpage provided). A box will pop up and it will begin diagnosing the issue.
