• A:Answer Thank you for the question. This laptop has Windows 11 in S Mode (a secure version of Windows 11). You can convert to Windows 11 Home for a fuller version of Windows 11 - free and simple. Conversion out of Windows 11 S is not reversible. Microsoft has included a 30-day trial of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc.) with this laptop. After the trial, you'll have the opportunity to purchase a permanent subscription.

• A:Answer I’m the one that asked this question! HP answered that it can run quicken, BUT that’s not true. I’ve read further about this and in ‘s’ mode it will not run quicken or quick books . Now what ? I need it to keep track of business bills and spending.

• A:Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. Most if not all of the Cricut apps are available there, as well as PhotoShop elements. However, Canva is not listed as available in the store.

You'll need to take a look in the Windows Store to see if the specific apps you want are available.
