You have to take it out of S mode first.

The 14-dq0052dx laptop has Windows 11 in S Mode, a more secure version of Windows 11 because it does not allow downloads from any origin besides the Microsoft Store. But you have the option to convert to Windows 11 Home in a few clicks, for free, but it is not reversible. You can then download apps from other locations. Be sure to enable anti-virus if you elect to do this.
