Dad's laptop is not connecting to the internet and I'm wondering if there is a Wi-Fi on and off switch I have not gone over there to look at it but we can't even find where you pull up your available Networks to connect to wondering if it has a virus null

the windows icon next to the search click and open, once it's open on the bottom where your name is click and all your icons should be there. now for the Wi-Fi next to the battery icon click on the volume icon and you should open it and see where you can see the Wi-Fi

Thank you for reaching out. Click the Windows button (Start) and Settings. Select Network & Internet.
Select Wi-Fi. Slide Wi-Fi On, then available networks will be listed. Select your network and click Connect. If you do not have internet service, your network will not be included in the list. Please contact your internet service provider for assistance.
