“Can the memory be upgraded to 12 or 16 gb? I found this answered questions stating yes it can. However, when I use crucial's website it tells me only up to 8gb. If anyone could also provide a link to working 8's or 16's”

Hi, thank you for the question. I apologize but the HP 14-dq0002dx laptop has only one memory slot and the memory of this laptop can only upgrade up to 8GB ram.
