If you don't have a physical green screen behind you, it's not powerful enough to generate an image (having an actual green screen reduces the amount of work the processor needs to do, so the requirements are less). If you have a green screen, you will be able to display an image, but it doesn't have the necessary power to display video, even with a physical green screen.
