the best buy can answer this question. My understanding on the return policy if un open is 30 days.

If you want to return it to BestBuy, you normally have 14 days after you purchase it. But you may have longer, assuming BestBuy has a longer return policy over the holidays. Best to contact them directly to check, because they're going to need to know when you bought it.
