Can I upgrade the graphics card or ram? null

Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, the RAM in the 14-dq0054dx laptop is surface mounted (soldered directly to the motherboard ) and is not upgradeable. There is no PCIe expansion slot to install a discrete graphics card.
