“Probably the dumbest question that will be asked here, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to properly shut down or restart this computer. I have used so many computers/laptops in my life and never had this issue! Help!”

I’m not sure on that. Sometimes my will shut down when I press the power button and sometimes it doesn’t and I end up just closing my laptop
