• It comes with its own charger. I guess as long as the voltage is the same you could use it?

• Not all HP laptops use the same charger, so you've got a couple of options. You could get a universal charger which comes with several tips, one of which will fit your computer, or you can buy the two parts of the HP charger. The AC adapter (the part that plugs into the computer) is part 741727-001 and the power cord (the part that plugs into the wall) is part L19367-001.
