“Ive been trying to get out of S mode (my windows are updated) every time i try to turn it off it says “try again, something happened and we couldn't start the upgrade.” What do i do?”

• Have you tried clicking the taskbar icon "Co-Pilot"? It sure helped me with a similar situation. Failing that, have you tried just turning off the AC and letting it boot up from scratch.
