Is this computer compatible with chrome? null

I just saw your question, and it's been about a month since it was posted, so Iam thinking that you may already have the answer. But yes chrome will work on this computer.

Yes, you can download Chrome if you have enough storage space. I've had this same laptop for a little over a year and something was taking up all of my hard drive, so I couldn't download it. I've done nothing with it except check passwords in WORD via a thumbdrive!! I turned off S Mode and my work IT guy cleaned a bunch of junk and programs I wont use off of it and was able to finally download Chrome. Don't use McAffee as it will put a bunch of junk that will pop up and block stuff that you want to open and take up space.
