• im on it 4-5 hours at a time it hasnt happened yet and its always plugged in

• I've had no issues with it running hot, but I also don't run it while it's charging so that could be a factor if it does. It can crash if you are running too many programs or have a lot of tabs open, but otherwise its a great laptop.
