HI, Kingrage, and thank you for asking if this computer can do what you're looking for. It does have Windows 11, but it's running in S mode, so you can only install software that's been checked by Microsoft and is available in the Windows store. I don't know what software you'd use for those things, so you'll need to check in the Windows store to see if the software you need is available.
