• Internet access? Yes. Uploading photos? Yes. Editing? Maybe. Check the website of the editing software you want to use for recommended specs. You will often fine that even a basic program like Adobe Illustrator recommends 16 GB minimum RAM, while Photoshop requires a separate video card (which this doesn't have).

• I do not know. This was recommended for me by my service rep from the Geek Squad when he came to my home on a service call. I am retired and use a computer very rarely.
