You may need to adjust the power settings on your computer. This will allow you to set the computer to not go to sleep or hibernate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. I just held the power button down for 10-15 seconds until it force restarted it. I know it's not good for it but it's all I found to remedy the issue.
