I would go with a better computer. There is a 14 inch Hp using i3 processor, one thing of storage and 8 gig of ram and it maybe cost only $50 more (check for sales) and is much better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This computer would work well for light use. A model like the Chromebook runs ChromeOS, you would be unable to run Photoshop on that computer. This one runs Windows 10 so you would have full functionality allowed in Windows.
