A:AnswerIf your unit is anything like the model #15-db0011dx (like I have from 2018,) mine has a built in CD deck can be used to watch DVDs with use of the video player program that should be already loaded onto your computer. All I can advise is good luck if your unit is as slow as mine.

A:AnswerI cant answer when it will be available again, but I suspect they stopped selling it because it was such a poorly performing device. I bought this for my wife for light web browsing, bill paying, etc and it was so painfully slow it was useless. The processing power is next to nil so when you click on something the machine just freezes there while it takes several seconds to figure out what to do. Simple things like just opening a web browser would take 30 seconds or more. My recommendation would be to buy something else. Good luck!
