“I have recently purchased the HP 15-dw1033dx from best buy. One the left upper side of the laptop are 3 USB ports that are not like the other ones. I can get anything to work from those USB ports and one is smaller than the other two. Please explain:)”

As I'm looking at the left side of the laptop, I'm seeing (from the back to the front) the Ethernet port, the HDMI port for sending video to a monitor, and a USB-C port, which is quite a bit smaller than the others. The right side of the laptop has two "traditional" Type-A USB ports.
