• This computer does not have word processor or any of that other stuff. There is a problem with this laptop not having a Bluetooth. mine hooks up to my wireless printer through WiFi. your better of paying a little more for a laptop.

• This laptop does not come with Microsoft Office. It is compatible with all printers that are compatible with Windows.
