Thank you for the question. There are substantial differences.. The 15-dy2093dx is presented with Windows 10 Home S Mode. The 15-dw3165st is presented with Windows 10 Home (not S Mode). The 15-dy2093dx does not have an Ethernet (RJ-45) port, the 15-dw3165st does. The 15-dy2093dx has different wireless technology: Realtek RTL8821CE-M 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo, vs the 15-dw3165st having Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 (2x2) and Bluetooth® 5 combo (Supporting Gigabit data rate).
