“If I was looking for a docking station where I could dock this computer what would you all suggest? Want to be able to run dual monitors and keyboard and mouse. Thanks”

The USB-C is "data only" so it doesn't send video and you won't be able to use a dock to do what you want to do. You can use the HDMI to send to ONE other monitor, so you'll have the laptop monitor and the one external, but I'm learning I can't use my TWO external monitors like I'd hoped.
